Hello:
I'd like to activate the online parent/player and coach's evaluations that are found on the on-line form section. However, I cannot find a visible link to the online forms on the website. I tried to create and enable the forms, and then create hyperlinks on other website pages to the form, but this has not always worked.
To enable the online surveys, I'm assuming it would be easiest to make the tab to the online forms visible on the home page. Can this be done without affecting our subscription rate?

We can add a button for you, however you should configure the forms before they are enabled. Have you configured the forms to be questions that you want to ask? And you can use any and all features on the site without any increase in fee.
