NOTE* Water is not provided on the bench during practices or games. PLEASE BRING WATER BOTTLES CLEARLY MARKED WITH NAMES. This is important for all outdoor practices and games since water fountains will not be available.
PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO PRACTICE AND 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIMES

PLAYER EQUIPMENT: Helmet, Gloves, Shoulder Pads, Elbow Pads, Mouth Guard, Cup Protector. Outdoor cleats are recommended if you have them. NOTE* PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY IF THEY ARE NOT FULLY EQUIPPED!
